A long love affair
Way back in 2004 I said athe only thing I’ve had playing for the last few weeksa about Doug Hilsinger & Caroleen Beatty’s Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy). I still mean it. Long story short, did some much needed home server maintenance over the weekend and recovered a bunch of music, Taking Tiger Mountain being some of it. Such a great interpretation; run out and buy your own copy. I predict a few more weeks of listening easy.
From the pens I’ve loved and lost department comes this news: a local source for the absolutely fantastic Pilot Hi-Tec-C series of pens. Ink is great (doesn’t smudge ever) and flows so smooth and the tip allows great precision (I like the .4 but they go down to .25!) I sure missed them.
